Hot out of the oven, cup of Joe

Flour 2 cups
Baking Powder 2t
Sugar 2 cups
Parmesan cheese, grated 8 ounces
Milk 1.25 cups
Eggs beaten lightly 4 each
Unsalted butter, melted 8 ounces
Lemon zest 2 each
Vanilla bean scraped 2 each
Finely ground pistachios 2T
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper ground

Put oven at 350F.  Sift the flour and B.P.

Put the cheese, sugar, eggs, pistachio, s&p, vanilla, zest, and milk in a bowl and mix well.  Add the butter slowly and mix.

Add the flour mixture and mix till smooth.

Pour into greased pans about halfway up and sprinkle the sesame seeds all over.

Bake for about 25 minutes.

Rest and eat.
